As a player, at the University of Richmond, he was a three-time All-Conference selection and the 2004 Student-Athlete of the Year.
As a coach, he guided teams to 9 Postseason berths, 3 NCAA Tournament Appearances, 2 Elite Eights; coaching 6 All-Americans.
As a consultant, he is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Mental Game Expert.
